Hooton UK Ltd (formally Ron Hooton Ltd, established 1955) is a Privately owned UK, international engineering company offering a personal service. The company has vast experience of installation in plant, not only our own, but as mainline installation engineers for several overseas manufacturers.
The Company also specialise in factory maintenance for a number of blue chip food processing companies. We have access to a comprehensive range of quality equipment from both the USA and Europe.. The company has in-house production facilities for fabrication, sheet metal work, its own 12,000 sq ft machine shop and painting facility.
Hooton UK Ltd can assist you in the design of equipment or the layout of processing lines within factories and warehouses, with a combined experience of over 100 years in the field, having acted as consultants for many major international blue-chip companies. Whether you are looking for a complete factory move or the manufacture of a single component part we can offer the service.
We are also Lincolnshire’s Premier Waterjet Cutting and Profiling specialists. Employing the best systems available from Flow, we are able to offer our clients highly detailed and accurately machined components cut from virtually any material with precision held to extremely high tolerances.
As well as the Waterjet Cutter the workshop has a 170T Guillotine, 200T brake press, shot blasting facilities and over £100,000 of stock on site to enable the company to respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
